Sport for teenager
Usually teenagers are not really sporty, but some of them are. I think teenagers should be sporty because in this age very easy to get fat. The most popular sport for children, teenagers and adults is football. Sport is very good for your health. You shouldn't sit on one place all the time. You should run, jump, excersice very often. You shouldn't eat to much sweets, because you will have spots. Have you known that if you play tennis you would be more thin? Playing tennis burns calories. So if you don't want be fat you should do sports and not eat sweets.
