ingredients: 5 apples, 3 eggs, 1 glass of flour, 1 glass of sugar,1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Beat the eggs with sugar in a big bowl. Then add flour,sliced apples and cinnamon and mix. Pour the batter into a frying pan and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
