Preparation
Potatoes, without clearing of a peel, it is good to wash out.
Too it is good to wash up crude carrots.
To put vegetables in a pan, to fill in with water, to bring to boiling and to cook at weak boiling ~1-1,5 hours, to softness of vegetables (but not razvarivy).
To take out ready vegetables from broth and to cool.
To put eggs in the boiling added some salt water and to cook from the moment of boiling of ~8-10 minutes.
Then to shift in a bowl with cold water, to cool and clear.
To chop eggs.
To peel potatoes of a thin skin and to cut small cubes.
From carrots to cut off a thin skin and too to cut cubes.
To peel onions and small to cut.
Gherkins to cut small cubes.
Apple to wash up, cut off a peel and to cut small cubes.
