Composition
Chicken - 200 g
ham - 50 g
marinated mushrooms - half the 400 gram jars,

Preparation
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into very thin strips (it is better to use a grater "Berner" or float for Korean carrot).
On a heated frying pan with oil and fry the potatoes lay without stirring, over high heat until the potatoes are covered with golden brown.
Then turn the potatoes and fry well on the other side until golden.
