В 1977 году в нашей школе было:
Учителей – 68 человек
Учеников – 1214 человек
Классов – 37

Более 30 лет отделяет нас от тех счастливых дней, когда наш коллектив переступил порог новой школы № 2!
В новую школу влились сразу 3 школы: школа №2, школа №4 №6.
К началу учебного года школа не была полностью готова: масса строительных недоделок, во дворе кучи мусора. Все это предстояло устранить педагогам и ученикам. Учителя и ученики все вместе по вечерам и по выходным перекрашивали полы, обустраивали классы, сажали цветы и деревья вокруг школы.Педагогический коллектив и учащиеся школы выступали и выступают за активный образ жизни и всегда готовы принять участие в различных спортивных мероприятиях.
