И таких людей подавляющее большинство. Но я считаю, что если вы действительно хотите узнать, стоит или нет изучать иностранный язык, вам надо обратиться к тем, кто знает хотя бы один из языков, помимо своего родного. Почему? Потому что странно спрашивать о пользе и ценности иностранного языка у того, кто его не знает и, соответственно, не способен оценить те преимущества, которые обретает человек благодаря таким знаниям.
