There are many ways to relax. Some people simply sleep, some people watch TV or listen to music lying on the sofa. When I am tired and want ot relax, I usually serf the Internet or have a chat with my friends in various social forums. Sometimes I can read a book or watch an interesting film. I can also walk a dog and this is another way of relaxation. I can also go to the fitness club where I can train my muscles but relax my mind. Dancing is also a good way to relax.
