Ever since I was little, I've had a really bad memory, which .....(cause) me all sorts of ..... (difficulty).
I ..... (always get) into trouble at school because i forgot things like my books and my homework. I would forget what lesson came next and which room I ..... (mean) to be in. One day, I even forgot that it was holiday, and I didn't realise until I ..... (get) all the way to school and found that the gates ..... (lock).
One of my ..... (big) problems was remembering things in exams, and because of that I never did as well at school as I felt I could have done. However, now I'm older I ..... (slowly learn) how to deal with my bad memory, I always have my diary with me and I make a habit of writing down everything I have to do or ..... (not have to) do for the day. This helps me a lot. I did try an electronic diary, but I decided I ..... (prefer) the traditional version. And I love my job as an illustrator - my memory ..... (not be) a problem there.
