I think that Helen and Kate are really care about their health,because Helen wants to be a model and she tries to eat only healthy food and she also count calories to be healthy and slim.By the way,Kate is carring about her health because she ate healthy food all her life,so it is her lifestyle.But Bod is not carring about it,he prefer to pay for his health in the future.
