Помогите перевести только без переводчика.

"Я для сочинения-рассуждения решил выбрать первую цитату-"Начинай свой день с хороших мыслей и ....."Я полностью согласен с этой цитатой . Когда мы проснулись, к нам в голу всегда начинают лесть разные мысли. Когда хорошие, когда плохие. По этому нужно начинать свой день с хороших мыслей, что бы день был таким же хорошим."

For my essay I chose the quote "starry your day with the good thoughts". And I totally agree with this quote. Because when we wake up, we usually have a lot if things on our mind. Some times they are positive, some times negative. That's why we should start our day with the good thought. So that the day will be good, too

I decided to choose for my essay-argument the next quote : "Start your day with good thoughts and..." I'm absolutely agree with this quote. When we woke up to our mind is always different thoughts start to climb. Sometimes good , sometimes bad. So you need to start your day with good thoughts that your day'll be as good.
