1.basically i have 3 - 4 meals per day.
2. on weekdays my breakfast start at 7 - 9 am, lunch at 2 - 4 pm and dinner at 7 pm or later.
3. my breakfast usually consists of tea or coffe with toast and salad, lunch can be with soup or potatoes with roast chiken or smth, dinner is some light food like tea with cottage cheese or sandwich.

5. for my birthday i`m always have a cake, my favorite salad with a pineapple and grilled meat.
