Teachers ...
We dislike some of them but realize afterwards how much we learned from them.
In my case this was true.
At the time,
I thought that I was very unlucky with Mrs R. because I did not like particularly
her teaching methods. Now I realize that she had a positive influence on me.
She was strict with us, and we learned
important skills. The most important was how to be neat and organized, how to
take notes, and how to become a more responsible person. But
the most important lesson was that the best things for you are not always
enjoyable. Mrs R. always
said: "You can't have your cake and eat it too."
