Say what you should / shouldn’t do if you want to keep fit.
Example: We should take some exercise to keep fit.
a) Get up early in the morning, do morning exercise;
b) Stay in bed till 11 o’clock, eat too much, walk a lot;
c) Drink milk and juice. Smoke, eat fruit and vegetables;
d) Drink fizzy drinks, work too hard, go to bed early.
