Many scientists, politicians, etc. are concerned about people's health. It is undoubtedly true that, nowadays people have unhealthy way of life, which can lead to serious diseases.
First of all, many people have a sedentary jobs, which can results badly on their health. To reduse the negative effect, people can do exercises or other phisical activity.
Secondly, there are so many junk food in our life, it is really difficult to find something without GMO.
Last, but not the least, people, who live in polluted areas, usually have worse health level. Factories now pollute everything they can: air, water etc.
To sum up, i can say that to be or not to be healthy depends on ourselves, only we can make our life happier and longer.
