Keeping fit is very important for me. And nowadays I have a lot of opportunities to stay healthy.
First of all, I eat fruits, vegetables, meat and drink plenty of water and milk. And as we know, thus food helps us to stay healthy because there are a lot of vitamins in it.
Also I do sports. I like playing basketball and football, dancing. cycling, skiing, tennis and swimming.
I don't have any bad habits like smoking, drinking and drugs. And I try to eat as few unhealthy food as I can.
