Three months ago Rossimport received an enquiry for compressors from their customers. Stepanov an engineer of Rossimport went to Great Britain to have talks with Brown & Co who sell compressors of high quality.
When he came to london he made an appointment with Mr Morris from Brown&Co. on Wednesday 10. The Seller offered the good CIF terms. Stepanov agreed the delivery terms and with payment for collection.
Brown & Co could deliver the goods only in 8 months as they were heavy with orders. The price was not attractive for Stepanov and he asked the company to give them a discount on the price. Mr Morris could offer him only a 2% discount as their goods were in great demand and sold very well at that price. When the businessmen discussed all the questions they signed the contract.
