My friend used to eat fast food twice a week but know he/she have started eat healthy food and do exercise for one week. And that's awesome! It is known that healthy people live longer and their career is more successful. To look well you must follow some simple rules: don’t smoke and take drugs, don’t drink alcohol, don’t eat too much chips and sweets, eat more vegetables and fruits, sleep well, do exercises. Especially, he likes(тут надо написать его любимый спорт, я беру в пример футбол) football. When he was younger he didn't like this sport but know, he always plays football for 2-3 hours per day. And wow, he has so much power because of eating healthy. And I really want to be healthy like he.
