1. -try to calm down and not to take it too serious.

3. -work as part time somewhere that u like.
- work from home as tutor,translator or babysitter
4.be yourself and don't show your anxiety.
-prepare yourself in advance by practicing possible questions.
5. watch some iteresting movies
- go out with friends
6.try to put limits to yourself,for example 2 hr a day
- hang out with friends
7. go to sleep earlier
- set noisy alarm
