I would like to tell you a few words about my daily ration. As a rule i am eating only healthy foods such as porridge, fruits, meat , vegetables, milk and e.t.c. I try to avoide eating fast food, cos it is not healthy food.
Every day, in the morning i eat porridge with fresh fruits and milk. At 2 p.m. i begin to eat my dinner. As a rule it is soup with chicken and hot green tea. After dinner it is supper. It start at 7 p.m. My supper is not very filling, but it is still healthy. Usuallu it is corn flake with milk. And last, but not the least is a glass of fresh juce before going to sleep. It contaice a lot of vitamins and helps me to sleep mildly.
