Sport is very
important in our life.its popular among young and old people.many people do
morning exercises,jog in the morning,train in clubs and different sections.some
person watch sport games on TV and listen to news on the radio.others prefer
reading interesting stories about sportsmen but they don’t go in for sports.we
have always paid great attention to sport in our schools,colleges and
universities.every city and town have own stadiums where competions are
held.sport helps people to stay in good shape to support health and prevents
from illness.among the most popular kinds of sports are tennis, football,
hockey swimming, basketball, volleyball and others. I know
that swimming is good for the back. Cycling is good for the legs, and it’s
relaxing. Yoga is good for breathing. Jogging is good for losing weight, it’s
very good for the heart too. Tennis is fun and very exiting. It’s very good for
arms and legs. I like it a lot. Some young men are interested in boxing,
volleyball, wrestling, windsurfing. sport makes them more
organized and better disciplind in their daily activities.large sports and
leisure centres have excellent facilities for sport and fitness.though they
aren’t free and people have
to pay.such places are especially popular with teenagers.if you go in for
sports you are in good health and don’t catch colds.i prefer playing badminton
with my friends. As for me, I prefer swimming and cycling in the forest on a clear
spring or summer day. Sometimes I play tennis with my friends and I can say
that I feel much better going info sports.
