The Statue Of Liberty
The statue of Liberty originally symbolized the friendship between America and France, as was presented by the French government to his American colleagues on the centennial of the Declaration of independence of the United States of America. According to the initial project, the statue was sculpted in France, then divided into 350 parts, and the frigates sent to America. But by the deadline (1876) the architect Frederic Bartholdi did not have time to complete the plan due to financial difficulties pushed the opening ceremony of the statue of Liberty for 10 years.
