In your letter you write about your problems and now I'd drop you a line to help you out.
See flaws - is absolutely normal. Nobody of us are perfect, so you should learn to accept yourself for who you are. But do not stop on this, because you have to strive for your goals and become better.
Also, in your letter you paid special attention to excess weight. Firstly, you should talk with your doctor and listen to his opinion. One of the best methods to lose weight are diets and sport. I do not think that you have to take advantage of beauty treatments, because it is not the safest method for your health and its very painful.
I am sure you are very strong and you can cope with your problems. Believe in yourself and all must succeed.
