Dough (for a simple dumplings)
Potatoes - 600g
fat (poultry) - 200g
onions - 240g.
Boil potatoes, mince, salt, pepper ...Duck or goose fat is cut into small cubes, fry with onion, turned out to greaves, and well stirred.
