I'm sorry I couldn't reply earlier because I was kind of busy with my exams.Anyway,I'm happy to hear that you're OK.
In school I'm having my PE classes twice a week this semester. I'm not sure if it is enough so I decided to go to the gym once a week as well. Because of these classes I'm feeling much better. I can even see my muscles grow. I really like how my body transforms.
My favourite sports are jogging and tennis.while jogging you can train yourself very properly, whichis good for your health, you know. And I also play tennis just for fun. You should try it as well. I promise you won't be able to stop.
As for me, I'm not that big fun of sports events. I hate it when I am not a winner, you see? it breaks my heart. So I prefer training.
