The Little Fir Tree
The Little Fir Tree,
Is freezing in the cold,
Take it from the forest,
Home for household.
How many garlands,
Hanging from of the tree,
Pink and blue ribbons,
Golden balls you'll see!
How many children,
Little girls and boys!
Jumping, clapping,
Making joyful noise.
"You, Little Fir Tree!",
The happy kids will sing,
"You are full of bright lights,
With blue beads, you shall ring!"
Let us dance together,
Hold each other's hands,
Next to the Fir tree,
We are all your friends!
