The urgency of our work lies in the fact that you know computer mouse - a device that allows you to select any objects on a computer screen and manage them, it is already so familiar subject in our lives, it seems, there is certainly no may lie in wait for any surprises. However, it happens that completely familiar products have not quite obvious properties and functions. A disassembled and slightly changing the mouse scheme, we want to show other applications for everyday life. And the most important thing in this device - it is its simplicity and accuracy of data transfer to a computer.

We used a laser computer mouse to calculate wind speed. This device is called ANEMOMETER.
And why anemometer?
The use of the anemometer is widely used in many professions. But in many schools no anemometers, and in fact, many students choose the profession is, in which the flow of wind plays an important role. And making this device with the help of a computer mouse, we want to show is the possibility of a simple computer mouse.
Our anemometer is made up of a computer mouse with a simple interface with a computer mouse connect USB, desktop tennis balls, drive and telescopic antenna.
