Cut and chop potatoes, cabbage, parsley, beetroot, carrot, onion,dill. Boil meat in the pot for 10 minutes. Add other ingredients to meat. Warm up butter on the frying pan. Fry carrots on the frying pan. Add carrots to other ingredients. Peel some tomatoes, chop them and fry a little. Pour tomatoes into the pot. Borsch is ready! Put some borsch on the plate. Serve with some sour cream.
