Usually I pay great attention to my meals during the day as I would like to save my health and live happily ever after.
As many people know, breakfast is the most important meals, so I try to find more time in the morning to prepare it and eat slowly to receive a lot of energy enough for the whole day. My breakfast includes porridge which I prefer to eat with berries or fruit or toast with cheese, and of course coffee with milk.
Then, dinner is coming, and I have to think how to refill myself with energy for the second part of the day but also to keep my shape as well. So, I try to eat something light: soup without bread, green salad, small piece of chicken or meat.
After such a long day i come home and spend some time for myself, then go to prepare something for dinner for me and my family: all of us do not eat a lot before going to sleep, and vegetables, fruit or small sandwiches are very popular.
