-It a very big one. Under the contract we shall deliver our equipment and sent our specialists to the customer's country.
- Is it your first contract with the customer?
-No, we have done a lot of business with them.

He asked me what I thought about a new contract.
I said that it was a very big one and under the contract we would (should) deliver our equipment and would send our specialists to the customer's country. 
He wondered if it was my first contract with the customer.
I disagreed and replied that  we had done a lot of business with them.
