Known as Ronnie James Dio, was an American rock and heavy metal singer and songwriter. He worked with Elf, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Heaven & Hell, and his own band Dio. He was widely known as one of the most talented singers of heavy metal and hard rock and popular because of his powerful voice. He introduced “rock goat" in the modern meaning. Ronnie James Dio and Vinnie Appice formed Dio with the help of other first members of this group after leaving Black Sabbath because they wanted to continue working together as a band. Ronnie James has sold over 47 million copies of albums of all of the bands he has worked with. His career finished after his death in 2010 at the age of 67.
