So, many people want to be fit and be in good shape. People do sports to improve their health. Sport is very important part of our everyday life. So it can maintain our health and can be source of joy. For some people sport is a lifestyle, but other people doing sport for themself. Sport also keeps people orgonised, strong will, persistent and patient. For me sport is a lifestyle. I do exercises regulary to improve my health and mood. I think without sport we would be weak and discouraged
