It is needed to say that , food is the most important aspect in human biotic life. Despite this fact that, a lot of people today like to eat unhealthy fast or half - staff food, i prefer to eat healthy meals. My last two days meals schedule:
First day : breakfast - glass of milk, oatmeal, and fruits.
2 breakfast - yogurt with strawberries, and light salad .
Lunch - fish with garnish, apple juice , Greek salad .
Dinner - kefir, an apple, pie without sugar and eggs.
Second day : breakfast - oatmeal with strawberries, yogurt .
2 breakfast - chocolate cheesecake , cocoa milk.
Lunch - meat pie with garnish, black tea, red soup with sour - cream .
Dinner- light salad with tomatoes and cucumber , fresh carrot juice and a little bit chocolate.
As you see i do not eat unhealthy or pre - pecked food . Of course sometimes like all humans i eat fast food , but it happens twice in a month. So in conclusion i want to say that i think , my eating ration is good .
