2)The secretary asked, "Did you receive out fax, Mr Warren?"
3)He says, "Don't tell a lie, Jack"
4)"I am busy," he said.
5)"Are you listening to me, Mery?" Jane said.
6)"Will you be sleeping at 8 a.m?" she said to Mark.
7)She said, "I don't know this man"
8)"What did you say?" he asked.

1)Tom said that the letter had been sent the day before.
2)The secretary asked Mr.Warren if he had received their fax.
3)He tells Jack (told Jack) not to tell a lie.
4) He said that he was busy.
5) Jane asked Mary if she was istening to her.
6) She asked Mark if he would be  be sleeping at 8 a.m.
7)She said that he didn`t know that man.
8) He wanted to know what I had said.

Но наверное в 1) и 3) ты не правильно списал(а) т.к. тема на reported speech. Коль обнаружишь что это said, то  в 1 Tom said that the letter had been sent the previous day
