1.In a small bowl, combine cocoa,sugar and vegetable oil .
Beat in eggs one at a time ,then stir in vanilla.
Mix the flour ,baking powder and salt,fold into the mixture with cocoa.
Cover the dough and refrigerate for 4 hours .
2.Preheat the oven to 180°
Lay a baking sheet with parchment .
Roll the dough into balls with a diameter of 3 cm .
Roll each ball in powdered sugar before you pour into pan
