I'll tell you a funny story that happened to my cousin Ella. She really wanted a pet. But the parents refused to give it to her. Mom and Dad said that the dog has nowhere to keep in a small apartment. From the hamster there will be a lot of garbage, and the cat will sharpen the claws on the furniture. Sister, of course, was upset.
It was winter. One evening Ella heard a strange rustle at the window. As if someone wanted to get into the house and rummaged on the glass. The nurse ran to the window and saw a bright green parrot on the snow-covered windowsill outside! His beak and long tail had a blue color! It was evident that he was very cold, probably accidentally flew out of the house.
My sister made a noise. Her parents came. They began to say that the parrot had already frozen. That he would die soon anyway, even if he was taken home. But still they decided to take a chance and began putting up a window insulated for the winter. How they tried not to make noise! After all, the bird could get scared, fly away and die in the cold.
As soon as the window ajar opened a little, Ella grabbed the parrot with one deft movement. The bird warmed up in the house, and survived. The parrot was called Gosha. So my cousin had a pet that she dreamed of! And the little parrot was saved by a miracle from the fierce winter.
