Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat egg yolks with sugar.Add the yolks to the mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla and mix gently.Beat egg whites separately. Gently mix whites and yolks.Add rum to the coffee and dip the cookies in there for a while.To put it in a ramekin turns cookies and cream.To complete cream.Sprinkle with grated chocolate.Sprinkle with grated chocolate.Clean for a couple of hours in the fridge.
