Chef: Good evening, sir. We are happy to have you as a guest today.
Interviewer: Good evening. I came here to ask some questions for our food magazine. You have recently opened and our readers would like to know a little bit more about the cuisine of the restaurant.
Chef: I see. I'll happily answer your questions and if needed I can even demonstrate the process of cooking we practise at our kitchen.
Interviewer: First of all, I would like to know which cuisine do you mainly choose?
Chef: Our restaurant keeps up with several trends. We serve Italian food, Japanese and Chinese.
Interviewer: It's an unusual blend, I should say.
Chef: Yes, you're right, but we have so many customers with different tastes that we prefer having a variety of dishes on the menu. At the same time we have our own way of cooking and serving.
Interviewer: What do you mean by that?
Chef: I mean, if it's a pizza, we add some of our special seasoning. If it's a sushi, our cooks from Japan decorate the plate with nice carvings. Every dish in our restaurant has a signature.
Interviewer: Sounds interesting. Do you do any other cuisines? For example, what if the guest wants to taste barbeque?
Chef: Of course, we can prepare it. That's why we are called a gastro-pub, not just a restaurant. Every day we receive a large amount of fresh products, which we use to cook our specialties.
Interviewer: Alright, thank you for answering the questions. Have a nice day, sir.
Chef: The same to you! Bye!
