1) Yes, I think so. I'm totally hooked on healthy lifestyle.
2. I keep a healthy diet, doing some exercises and go jogging everyday. t helps me to be healthy
3) Thing that I will never doing it is eating junk food, such as hamburgers, pizza and drinking cola. It truly damage your health.
4) Yes, I keep a diet which calls "Rainbow Diet". It means that you need to eat fruits and vegetables which is "rainbow-coloures" - red (apples, tomatoes), orange (oranges, carrots), etc.
