I think ,that the most healthy kind of food is vegetables because They contain a lot of vitamins ,such as vitamin C,B, and so on..They also keeps our body strong and powerful .We schould eat vegetables every day.For example,the most heathy vegetables are tomatoes ,cucumber ,carrot,and also cabbage and onion.If we don't eat vegetables,we can't be very healthy and strong .Vegetabels of course shouldn't contain any sugar .They help to reduce illnesses and so they are good for a diet and for everyday eating .So,vegetables are very important for our body.
