4. I exchange business cards if it's needed.
5. I call a person's first name after adding Mr for males and Miss for females.
6. I usually talk about our business plan and details that are important for cooperation.
7. I use good morning at the morning, good afternoon during the whole day, good evening at the evening and good night at night.
8. I use hi or hello at the beginning of the dialogue.
