Nowdays there are so many factors, that have a pernicious influence on our health, such as bad ecology, passive lifestyle, bad habits. A lack of phisical activity harms our health very much, it cuts our lifetime by several years. People live in big cities and there're many harmful gases, a lack of clean oxygen, that every man needs. Cities also have lots of noise and stress factors, that necessarily reflect on people's health. There's also so much junk food, that people eat instead of homemade, fresh food. Many people drink too much alcohol or smoke and use drugs, even kids! It harms all the body systems and really shorten their life. So people should to refuse from bad habits, have more phisical activity, eat more fresh products and homemade food, go to the country more often to relax from city life and breathe some fresh air.
