1) I am trying my best to keep myself healthy. In order to stay healthy, I eat fruits and vegetables and walk the streets as much as possible.
2) Yes, I agree that smoking is harmful for health, because it is harmful especially for lungs, heart and all of human's organs. When smoking, you worsen the work of all of your organs, too. Smoking does provoke cancer as well.
3) How do you keep yourself healthy? What do you think people should do in order to stay healthy up to 70-80 years old? What would you recommend to do if a person never tried to keep himself healthy but suddenly wanted to change everything and start it?
4) First of all, guys, you should understand that smoking is not cool at all. Smoking provokes a stinky taste in your mouth and "worsens" your look, too. You start looking much older than you actually are. Besides, smoking provokes many problems in your organism. It may even be a cancer. You can have problems with breathing, moving, thinking and so on and so forth. The healthier you are the more beautiful/handsome you look (inside as well as outside). It is pleasant to talk to you, because there is no stinky smell out of your mouth.
5) If I would be the one to promore a healthy lifestyle, I would start with inventing many different sport events that would involve the youth and the old. It might be a competition with presents as well.
