Andrei Belyanin was born January 24, 1967 in Astrakhan. After studying 8 years in school, he enrolled in Astrakhan art school of a name of Vlasova on the picturesque pedagogical Department.
At the end of the 4th course began to professionally engaged in poetry. Served 2 years on the border with Turkey in part of Novorossiysk border detachment. Andrew is proud of and doesn't consider service time in the army lost.
In 1994 was admitted to the Union of writers of Russia, being at that time the author of three collections of poetry and fairy tales "Red and Striped", "Order of the knights of the Porcelain", and after two workshops in prose and poetry.
In 1995, after the publication of these works in the journal "Youth", received from the publishing house "Armada" partnership proposal. The publisher liked the "samizdat" version of the story Jack is a Mad king.
Worked as a teacher at the school, a Vice-Chairman of the local branch of the Union of writers of Russia, led a literary Studio produced newspaper, published the poems of young poets.
On 12 may 2004, 13-year-old son of Andrei Belyanina — Ivan — was abducted and murdered schoolmates. Subsequently, one of the killers was also kidnapped and murdered.
