I am Glad to receive your letter. I really don’t understand why people start to be vegetarian. I think it’s not useful, because our body needs a lot of vitamins. Our muscles can't develop without meat. And if you want to have good health and body you need to eat healthy food, including fruits, vegetables, meat, chicken and drink a lot of water, but not coca-cola or other bad drinks. I Do exercises every morning. That’s why I have good health. And I know that I shouldn’t eat junk food like pizza, hamburgers and food from McDonalds, KFC etc.
