1. There IS (первое существительное в ед.числе, are - глагол мн.числа)
2. ARE they? (В первой части предложения отрицание, во второй части должно быть утверждение)
3. Убрать Do (В этой схеме первая часть строится как утверждение) 
5. SPEND, либо убрать always (Предложение может быть либо в прошедшем, либо в настоящем)
