English is very popular because, it's International language.
People around the world know or learn english.
With out it, it would be harder to speak with foreigners other countries. 
We couldn't fly to other countries if we do not know the language and there will be lower amount of tourists in every country.
Thats why its very popular.

English language is popular for traveling and communicating with foreigners.With the knowledge of English you can watch movies and books in origin.Also, in many professions knowledge of language is required mostly English.The most popular songs are in English, and I like them too. When you listen to a song, you begin to think about the translation and to understand its meaning.
