Not much is required for this. Every morning you should wake up early and do exercises. Do easy gymnastic exercises and go jogging. Take a cold shower because it tones your body. Don't smoke and don't drink an alcohol. Refuse from fat meal and try not to eat before sleeping. Go to gyms. Run on treadmills, swing the press and raise the bar.
