The main idea of the poem is that millions of people are fond
of watching TV. They watch many different TV programmes, shows, soups, films, advertisements, news, plays. But the author thinks it's waste of
time because they damage their eyes, become lazy, put on their weight
and have no time to do sports or to read books.
