As for me, for the care of my brain, i often eat healthy food and it improves my perfomance. Also i walk in the park and breathe fresh air. I read a lot of different literature to take care of my brain. I love dreaming and imagine , and it helps my brain to develop. To sum up i would like to say that everyone should care of ther brain and try to develop it since birth.
