Central Park is one of the most famous parks in the world. It's situated at the centre of New Yourk, the USA. The park was opened in 1857.
Central Park is not very large. However, it is full of trees, bushes and flowers. There are also some lovely lakes there. People like spending their free time in Central Park.

In summer visitors can enjoy performances and music concerts in the Park. Central Park is a nice place for children. There are lots of wonderful playgrounds and a small zoo.
